We’ll push on toward Batheaston, tackling the steady Bannerdown Hill climb—around 2 km of leg-testing gradient with rewarding views over the Avon Valley. After a fun descent, we’ll loop back through Lacock’s charming streets, then face the sharp kick of Bowden Hill for a final challenge. The reward? A coffee and cake stop at the ever-popular Rowdey Cow Café in Rowde around 11:30 am. We’ll cruise back to Devizes via familiar lanes, soaking up the spring scenery. Expect a 16-18 mph pace with a no-drop policy—perfect for a solid group ride!
