Saturday’s Splendid Vale Loop 🚴♀️🚴♂️
Roll out with us this Saturday for a gorgeous 67km journey through the heart of Wiltshire! Starting at 9:30am from Southbroom School, we’ll head east through the quiet lanes toward Patney, then sweep down into the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The route takes us along peaceful country roads through Honeystreet (where we’ll pause for our essential coffee and cake fix at the lovely Honeystreet Cafe ☕🍰), before climbing back through the charming village of Wilcot and home via Hare Street.
With around 450m of gentle climbing spread throughout the ride, it’s the perfect balance of challenge and chat! And remember – punctures happen to the best of us, but that’s what makes our club special: there’s always someone ready with a spare tube and a helping hand! 🛠️ The forecast looks crisp but dry – ideal autumn cycling weather, so bring that extra layer just in case (and maybe check those tyres before we roll!).
