🚴 Saturday Main Ride | Lyneham Banks — 79.5km

This week the main group heads out on the Lyneham Banks route — a beautiful 79.5km loop that takes in the best of North Wiltshire and the Pewsey Vale in one go. We roll north out of Devizes up toward Lyneham, before looping around through the lanes near Cherhill and Avebury and sweeping back south past the iconic Milk Hill and along the Vale. ☀️

Coffee stop is at the ever-reliable Honeystreet Café ☕🍰 — perfectly placed on the return leg for a well-earned sit-down.

Distance: 79.5km
Elevation: 659m | Max grade 7.7%
Weather: 31°C and sunny ☀️ — it’s going to be a scorcher! Please make sure you’re carrying plenty of water, apply suncream before you leave, and consider an extra bottle. This is the kind of day where looking after yourself matters as much as the riding. Wind is light at 14mph so at least you won’t be fighting a headwind — just the heat!

A stunning summer route through some of Wiltshire’s finest countryside — but ride smart in the heat. See you at 9! 💪

📍 Meet at Southbroom School, Devizes | ⏰ 9:00am Saturday

(Rides are weather dependent)
